SENIOR I/O PSYCHOLOGIST

What is this..?

Within iScreen, you'll be working with a team of passionate colleagues: psychologists, experiential directors, management support, marketing, and ICT. As a Senior I/O Psychologist, you'll be all-rounded! We're looking for someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and also has a commercial drive.

What will you be doing?

You'll be responsible for establishing and expanding a network of clients, driven by your motivation to support and advise customers. This way, you independently contribute to the company's results.

You'll be a decision-level conversation partner in management and HR areas. You'll delve into various departments and offer tailor-made solutions for the organization's needs. You'll identify opportunities, make proposals, and as an experienced I/O Psychologist, you'll carry out coaching, training, team guidance, and assessments.

Furthermore, you'll also be a project leader, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on actions for your own clients.

• You have a completed university degree in I/O psychology and an NIP registration
• Alongside your passion for psychology, you also have an affinity for HR and management
• You're a committed professional, a networker, inspiring, and motivating
• You're initiative-driven and results-oriented, overseeing projects to contribute to our goals
• You possess analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Your advisory skills make you a strong conversation partner at the management level
