About the vacancy

You are proficient in Google Ads and possess substantial knowledge in this area. You leverage this expertise to consistently achieve optimal results. Your analytical and creative insights are applied in your daily SEA activities. You analyze and interpret figures, setting goals for the upcoming period.

Furthermore, you are responsible for all organic traffic across our five websites. We expect you to enhance the professionalism of our diverse social media accounts.

You monitor our online positions closely and optimize them as needed. You actively seek new opportunities to expand our organic positions. This includes analyzing content gaps and researching search volumes for new keywords.

You also dedicate attention to optimizing our websites and various social media channels. This involves search engine optimization, new features, recommendations, and analyses. Additionally, tasks such as adjustments and modifications to texts fall within your responsibilities.

• You have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience with SEA and SEO
• You are passionate about online marketing
• You have an affinity for psychology
• You thrive in a creative environment where different expertise complements and reinforces each other
• You analyze data and translate it into a solid plan
• You are experienced in using Google tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager (preferred)
• You are familiar with other tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Semrush, MOZ, Majestic, etc.
• Self-leadership, freedom, and flexibility are integral to your approach
• You enjoy working towards a shared goal
• You take responsibility and actively seek opportunities
• You find satisfaction in new leads and opportunities

Additionally, we'd like to see that you:

• Translate set goals into well-considered campaigns
• Comprehend and translate the figures from various web analytics tools
• Discuss your insights, analyses, and plans weekly with the MT team
• Possess good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
• Display creativity with text, enabling you to craft the best ad copy
• Communicate clearly and can present persuasively
